Aovi A. Deshpande earned a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. After working as a process engineer at KBR Inc. in India, Deshpande completed an MS in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, USA. At HTRI, she provides end-user technical support and consulting services to members, ensuring that software methods reflect actual user experiences. She also performs contract thermal rating and design reviews, as well as works to execute assigned HTRI research projects related to process heat transfer for software enhancements.
