Standard Booth:
- 10′ X 10′ space
- 6′ table, 2 chairs
- Single electrical outlet
- Basic custom walls
- Two 2-day exhibitor registrations that include access to
- Monday evening Welcome Reception
- breakfasts, breaks, lunches on Tuesday & Wednesday
- Identification sign with company name and logo
- Company logo and brief description posted on event page and conference app
$3,000 (Members), $4,500 (Non-Members)
This does not include registration for the Global Conference. Only Members are eligible to register for the conference.
Booth Floor Plan
Can combine two consecutive booths for double space if Booths 15 & 20 are already reserved.
Booth Upgrades and Add-ons
Upgrades- Double space 20′ X 10′: $2,000 (Members), $3,500 (Non-members)
- Upgraded custom walls: $1,000; additional $500 for double-size booth
- Tall cocktail table and 2 barstools: $250
- Specialty coffee station with barista (double space required): $3,000
- Water station with custom reusable water bottles: $2,500
- Lounge seating (double space required): $750
- Second power cord with power strip at booth: $55 per day
- 32″ Monitor with power cord and HDMI cable: $150 per day
- Laptop: $150 per day
- Speaker: $100 per day
- Uplights along booth wall: $65 per day
- Additional booth representative, limit of 2: $250 per day
