David Hart earned a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. For over forty years, he has developed software for a broad variety of platforms and uses, including PC-based database, cost, and process modeling, embedded laboratory and field instrumentation, and web-based accounts payable and invoice processing. At HTRI, Hart focuses on development and maintenance of Xchanger Suite.
