Our Global Conference will be available in two formats: In-person and Hybrid. Registration price increases at 12:00 AM Central Daylight Time on Saturday, August 30, 2025. No registrations will be accepted after 11:59 PM on Monday, September 8, 2025.

Member Registration

In-Person format includes:

• Technical Presentations
• Annual Meeting of Stockholders
• Panel Session
• Poster Session & Software Demonstrations
• Buffet Breakfast and Lunch on Monday and Tuesday, September 22-23
• Welcome Reception

In-Person registration price is USD $675.00 through August 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time and increases to $875.00 from Saturday, August 30 at 12:00 AM through Monday, September 8 at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time.

Hybrid format includes:

• Live streaming access to our two key presentations: Research Update and Software Development Features
• Ability to view and print all other 2025 Global Conference technical presentation materials from our website Hybrid registration is USD $550.00

Multiple Attendees Registration Discount: After the first person from each company registers, each additional person from that company will receive a 10% discount. This applies to both the in-person and hybrid formats. Registration discount ends on Friday, August 29, 2025.

As a bonus opportunity, companies with five or more paid registrations are eligible for a
complimentary Sponsorship Package!

Guest Registration

• Guest registration for our Welcome Reception is USD $150.00
  • May attend our Welcome Reception on Monday, September 22
• Guest registration for breakfast is USD $75.00
  • May join the attendees for the buffet breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, September 22-23
