Global Conference Attendee Registration

Our members-only Global Conference will be available in two formats: In-person and Hybrid. Registration price increases at 12:00 AM Central Daylight Time on Friday, August 28, 2026. No registrations will be accepted after 11:59 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026.

In-Person format includes:

  • Technical Presentations
  • Annual Meeting of Stockholders*
  • Poster Session & Software Demonstrations
  • Buffet Breakfast and Lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, September 21-23
  • Welcome Reception
  • Access to the Industry Exhibition
    *Annual Meeting of Stockholders is limited to employees of stockholder companies, Board of Directors, Technical Committee members, and HTRI staff.

In-Person registration price is USD $775.00 through August 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time and increases to $975.00 from Friday, August 28 at 12:00 AM through Monday, September 7 at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time.

Hybrid format includes:

  • Live streaming access to our two key presentations: Research Update and Software Development Features (will be shown live on Monday, September 19, 2026 from 8:30 – 10:00 AM Central Time)
  • Ability to view and print all other 2026 Global Conference technical presentation materials from our website

Hybrid registration is USD $550.00. Registration closes Monday, September 7 at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time.

Multiple Attendees Registration Discount:
After the first person from each company registers, each additional person from that company will receive a 10% discount.
This applies to both the in-person and hybrid formats.
Registration discount ends on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

complimentary Sponsorship Package!

Conference Guest Registration

  • Guest attendance is intended for social events and activities only and requires prior guest registration. See additional details in our Event Terms and Conditions.
  • Guest registration for our Welcome Reception is USD $150.00
    • ­May attend our Welcome Reception on Monday, September 21
  • Guest registration for breakfast is USD $50.00 per day
    • ­May join the attendees for the buffet breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday September 21-23

Registration price increases at 12:00 AM Central Daylight Time on Friday, August 28, 2026.
No registrations will be accepted after 11:59 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026.

Industry Exhibition Attendee Registration

Members registered for the Global Conference may attend the exhibition at no additional cost.

Members and non-members not registered for the Global Conference may register for a limited number of Industry Exhibition day passes.

Tuesday, September 22: USD $75.00 includes

  • exhibition access
  • breakfast, lunch, two breaks

Wednesday, September 23: USD $50.00 includes

  • exhibition access
  • breakfast, one break
