WHAT’S THE CONTEST ABOUT
WHO CAN ENTER
Any HTRI member who has successfully used our products or services.
Stories can be from individuals, teams, or organizations
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Tell us about your challenge, how you used our product/service, and the results you achieved.
- Aim for 500 – 1,200 words.
- Include measurable outcomes if possible (e.g., increased efficiency by 30%, saved $10,000 annually).
- Email your story (as a Word document) along with a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions of Entry to membercontest@htri.net.
- Include your name, company (if applicable), and contact details.
- Attach any photos, videos, or supporting documents.
*By submitting your entry, you hereby provide permission to HTRI to include your name, company name, story details, pictures, videos, and any other submitted materials in HTRI’s website, social media, and other marketing venues and information.
CONTEST EVALUATION
Submissions will be grouped into three categories based on member type.
- Processor companies
- Engineering contractors
- Equipment manufacturer
Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Impact: How significant was the improvement?
- Clarity: Is the story well-written and easy to follow?
- Creativity: Does it stand out and inspire others?
There will be a 1st- through 3rd-place winner in each category. Each winner will receive HTRI branded gifts and a choice of either one complimentary HTRI workshop OR a complimentary Global Conference registration.
Winning entries will be announced by August 1, 2026. Selected submissions may be showcased at the HTRI Industry Exhibition, and an award ceremony for all winners will take place during the Welcome Reception on Monday, September 21 at the 2026 Global Conference.
